All new MG vehicles come with an industry-leading seven-year warranty for added peace of mind. However, to ensure the warranty remains valid, you will need to keep up to date with your cars service schedule with regular servicing and MOT testing.

As an authorised MG Service centre, we have a team of factory trained technicians with access to all the latest MG diagnostic equipment and electric vehicle tooling to make sure your MG is looked after the way it should.

As an EVA approved workshop, we also have fully EV trained technicians who can work on your electric MG for that extra peace of mind knowing you EV is in safe hands.

All new MG vehicles need to be serviced at regular intervals. Each service should occur every 15,000 miles (or 10,000 miles for 16MY MG3 with Stop/Start) or every year - whichever comes first.

Service Schedules and Digital Records

Here at Cambridge MG, we are authorised to carry out all service and maintenance work in conjunction with the terms of your vehicle's warranty. Your MG will have been registered on the Digital Service Record platform, meaning that should you need to, you will be able to access the service history of your vehicle through a national database of MG dealers.

Not that anything should go wrong with your MG, but in the unlikely event that something does, we provide a one-year roadside assistance extension with the AA when you service your car with us.

When your service is entered onto our Digital Service Record system, it enables MG to top up your existing MG Assistance with the same great peace of mind cover you enjoyed from Day 1, for another 12 months**.

And whilst you keep returning to us, we'll keep topping up your MG Assistance! *

Once your service is completed and we have uploaded your details onto our Digital Service Record system, as a way of a thank you, we'll send you a special edition 'Morris the Bear' *.

This package will cover the vehicle for the whole of the UK (including Homestart, Roadside Assistance, Recovery and Onward Mobility cover). It’s a really comprehensive package to offer you reassurance and peace of mind.
